1. How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship worldwide. Orders typically arrive within 5–14 business days, depending on your location and the selected shipping method.


2. Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

Yes. Ellamodee.com uses industry-standard SSL encryption and secure payment gateways to ensure your credit/debit card information is protected at all times.


3. Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

In most cases, you won’t be charged any additional customs fees. However, this depends on your country’s import regulations. All packages are discreetly labeled and declared to minimize risk of duties.


4. I forgot my password—what should I do?

Click “Forgot your password?” on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password securely. For your safety, we cannot email passwords.


5. Can I ship my order to a different address than my billing address?

Yes. During checkout, you can enter a separate shipping address. However, please note that we can only deliver within the same country as the billing address.


6. Will I get a confirmation after placing my order?

Absolutely. After your payment is processed, you’ll receive:

  • A confirmation screen with your order summary

  • A confirmation email with your order details and tracking info (once shipped)


7. Do you offer wholesale pricing?

8. What if my package arrives damaged or goes missing?

Delivery is 100% guaranteed. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, we will send a replacement at no additional charge.


9. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once shipped. However, you can refer to our Return Policy to request a return or exchange after delivery.


10. Why is your support response sometimes delayed?

11. Do you ship internationally?

12. Will the product look exactly like the photos?

We make every effort to represent our products accurately through high-quality imagery. However, minor differences in color or texture may occur due to lighting or device screen variations.


13. I received the wrong item—what should I do?
