At Ellamodee, we want you to love every piece you purchase from us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the return or exchange process smooth and hassle-free. We’ll even cover the return shipping cost—as long as our policy conditions are met.
1. Return Policy
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order (based on delivery confirmation).
To be eligible for a return and full refund:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and free of stains, perfumes, or alterations

All original tags and labels must be attached

Sale items, discounted products, secret deals, and bundles are non-refundable

Returns after 14 days may not be eligible for a refund, but exchange requests may still be considered
❗ Please note: We do not accept returns for items damaged by customs handling. In such cases, we recommend requesting an exchange.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a prepaid return label. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or store credit, depending on your preference.
2. Exchange Policy
Need a different size or color? No problem.
You can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Conditions:

Important:
Please do not send your return package to the address on the shipping label. This is not our return processing center. Any packages sent without prior contact may be refused, and you will be responsible for the resulting loss.

Products with visible stains, damage, or worn condition will not be accepted for return or exchange

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly

Slight variations in color and fit may occur due to lighting, photography, or monitor settings—this does not qualify as a defect
